• A gasoline or diesel vehicle which has been driven for less than 150,000 km and the vehicle is 12 years old or below at the time of oil change
• A privately owned passenger car, van, SUV or pick-up/light truck

This warranty only takes effect 30 days and 1,000 km from the engine oil change date, provided that the registration is in place. A claim is only valid if all criteria are met

Up to RM10,000 per claim for Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-30 and Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-40, excluded tolling fees and towing charges.

Maximum tolling fees and towing charges is limited to RM2,000. The associated costs of towing the vehicle to the nearest panel workshop will be reimbursable if it is determined to be a valid claim under this program.

Vehicles with a starting odometer mileage above 100,000 kilometers when registered for coverage, only have coverage of 50% of actual claim subject to maximum limits of RM8,000 for Castrol EDGE 0W-20, Castrol EDGE 0W-40, Castrol EDGE 5W-30, Castrol EDGE 5W-40, Castrol EDGE 10W-60, Castrol MAGNATEC 0W-20 , Castrol MAGNATEC 5W-30, Castrol MAGNATEC 5W-40 and Castrol MAGNATEC SUV 5W-30 and maximum limit of RM5,000 Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-30 and Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-40.
